Neil Hayes

Neil Hayes is an experienced Commercial Manager with extensive expertise in overseeing commercial management for various projects. Currently serving at Carey Group Plc since February 2009, Neil manages all projects within the western area, including both subcontract and main contract works. Prior to this role, Neil held the position of Commercial Manager at Lancsville Ltd from June 2006 to January 2009 and worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at MPB STRUCTURES from January 2004 to May 2006. Neil's career began at O'Keefe Construction Ltd, where responsibilities included managing tasks as a Senior Quantity Surveyor from October 2000 to January 2004. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.
