Justin Smith

Justin Smith is a seasoned software development manager and project manager with extensive experience in technology and organizational performance improvement. At CARFAX, Justin has held roles since September 2013, overseeing project management for the Used Car Listings website and the Platform Engineering teams, with a focus on agile development and cross-team collaboration. Prior to CARFAX, Justin served as an Information Systems Project Manager and Organizational Performance Analyst at the Missouri Department of Transportation, enhancing operational performance across various divisions. Justin's career also includes positions at the Missouri Department of Revenue, the Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions & Professional Registration, the Arthritis Foundation - Eastern Missouri Chapter, and Jefferson Bank. Justin holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration, both from Columbia College.
