Chip Cargas

Chip Cargas founded Cargas Systems in 1988 and has been instrumental in guiding the company's expansion and success. Chip focuses on maintaining a vibrant and sustainable employee-owned culture. In 2016, Chip also took on leadership roles in The Lancaster County Community Foundation, chairing both the Chip & Rebecca Cargas Fund and the Cargas Community Fund.

Chip Cargas attended Penn Manor High School from 1962 to 1965, followed by Cornell University from 1965 to 1969. Chip obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
