Jon Oblinger

Jon Oblinger is a highly experienced technology and business leader with a robust history in IT and Human Resources management. Currently serving as the Business Partnering Director for Global Functions at Cargill since August 2017, Jon has successfully provided strategic direction and developed technology roadmaps for the Human Resource Function. Previous roles include Global IT Senior Director at Cargill, where Jon established the ACES portfolio and led a diverse team, and multiple senior leadership positions at Target from 2004 to 2017, overseeing IT Operations, Service Management, and HR Analytics. Jon's extensive professional background includes significant contributions at Oracle and Siebel Systems, showcasing expertise in implementing IT solutions across various industries. Jon holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Management Information Systems and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
