Kelley Kollock

Kelley Kollock currently serves as the ESG Portfolio Lead at Cargill, focusing on the analysis and oversight of environmental and social projects to enhance efficiency and accountability. Prior to Cargill, Kelley was the Manager of ESG at Hilton, overseeing global reporting processes and fostering collaborations for ESG integration. Kelley's previous roles at Target included Senior Pipeline Manager and various managerial positions, where significant contributions were made to project prioritization, sustainability initiatives, and inventory management. Kelley also holds a Certificate in Sustainable Tourism from the Global Sustainable Tourism Council and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
