Joana Lemos has extensive experience in customer service and project coordination, currently working at Carglass® Portugal since March 2017 in customer and back office support roles, including scheduling appointments and handling insurance authorizations. Prior experience includes customer service at NOS, where responsibilities encompassed billing support and technical assistance, as well as professional training in various subjects. Joana has also served as a coordinator for international projects related to the Youth in Action Programme under the European Commission, focusing on the development and management of social and cultural initiatives. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes owning a jewelry and fashion accessories business. Joana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Évora and has completed a training program in teaching methods.
