Anthonia Eilander is an experienced Project Manager in Financial Operations, Credit Management, and Working Capital with a strong background in implementing credit collection policies and tools. Anthonia has worked in various companies such as Carglass® Nederland, Coface Nederland, ACE Management, DEPT®, Ammega, and more. Anthonia's expertise includes blueprinting, design, and implementation of credit collection policies, embedding policies into collection tools, training and coaching local staff, as well as project and implementation management. Anthonia holds a MA in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam, post-graduate degree in Financial Controller from ICM Opleidingen & Trainingen, and a Master of Arts in 19th Century Culture & Society from the University of Nottingham.
