Jessica Peres

Jessica Peres has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Jessica started their career as a Production Assistant at NBC News in 2004. Jessica then worked as a TV News Reporter/Anchor at WZBN-TV from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2017, they served as a TV News Reporter/Fill-in Anchor at ABC News. Following that, they worked as a Public Information Officer at Fresno Unified School District from 2017 to 2018, where they managed communication and marketing plans, directed media teams, and handled crisis communication. In 2020, they joined The E.W. Scripps Company as a National Correspondent, generating, writing, and reporting on-air stories for multiple news stations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, People Operations at CargoBarn Inc.

Jessica Peres attended Princeton High School from 1996 to 2000. Jessica then went on to study at Brandeis University from 2000 to 2004, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music.
