Adam Milner has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Adam started their career at Porter Airlines Inc., where they held various roles including Ramp Attendant, Lead Ramp Attendant, Gate Controller, Flight Dispatcher, Duty Officer, and Manager of the SOCC. Adam then worked as a Class IV Flight Instructor at B.P. Flight Training Inc.

After that, Milner joined Flightpath Charter Airways as a Pilot, flying both Global Express 5000/XRS and Challenger 604 aircraft. Adam then moved to Chartright Air Group, where they worked as a Pilot for Citation 560XL.
