Paul Koechlin

Paul Koechlin has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Paul began their career at Philip Morris in 1999, where they held several finance and management positions until 2008. In 2008, they joined Koch Chemical Technology Group, LLC, as the European Controller and later became the Director of Compliance for Europe and India. From 2012 to 2016, Paul worked at Koch Industries, where they served as the Regional Audit Director for Europe and Asia, the Business Manager, and the Director of Compliance & Ethics. In 2017, they joined Cargolux Airlines as the Director of Internal Audit. Paul also held roles at the European Court of Auditors as an Audit Committee Member and at IIA Luxembourg as a Board Member and Vice President.

Paul Koechlin obtained a Master's Degree (level) in Finance, accounting, and economics from Notre-Dame du Grandchamp from 1991 to 1996. In addition, they have acquired various certifications in areas such as body language for leaders, communicating with confidence, strategic thinking, and customer experience, among others. Paul obtained these certifications from institutions like LinkedIn, ALCO Association Luxembourgeoise des Compliance Officers, and TRACE International, Inc.
