Rachel Collignon

Rachel Collignon has over two decades of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Manager of Pilot Recruitment & Selection at Cargolux Airlines since May 2011, Rachel has a focused expertise in talent acquisition, school relations, and advisory functions. Previously, Rachel held roles as an HR Manager at a large retail company, where responsibilities included full cycle recruitment, employee relations, and learning & development strategies. Rachel's earlier experience includes positions at VEDIOR/MANPOWER as a Consultant and Recruitment Manager, where skills in recruitment process development and project management were honed. Additionally, Rachel served as a European Mobility Advisor in a government administration role, implementing HR and mobility programs across multiple European countries. Rachel's career began as an HR Project Assistant at Guardian Industries Corp. and is supported by a Master of Science & Techniques in Human Sciences from Université de Strasbourg & Metz.
