Laura Lucas

Laura Lucas has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Laura is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Cargomatic, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to joining Cargomatic, Laura worked at Activision for seven years as an HR Leader for their Call of Duty team. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Consultant in People & Performance at Capgemini Consulting. Laura also gained experience at Microsoft Corporation as an HR Business Partner during their MBA internship in 2011. Laura began their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Management Consultant specializing in Talent & Organization Performance from 2006 to 2010.

Laura Lucas has an MBA in Human and Organizational Performance + Strategy from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management. Laura also has a BA in History and American Studies from the University of Virginia.
