Marguerite Bates-Frier

Marguerite Bates-Frier has a strong work history in the logistics industry. Marguerite began their career as a Dispatcher at A.P. Moller - Maersk in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Marguerite then joined Bridge Terminal Transport, where they served as a Regional Pricing Analyst from 2009 to 2011, and later became an Operations Manager from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they moved to XPO Logistics, Inc. and held two roles: Terminal Director from 2015 to 2018, and Regional Vice President Intermodal Drayage from 2018 to 2021. Following that, they worked at CMA CGM as the VP of Truck and Depot Operations from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are the Vice President of East Coast Operations at Cargomatic, a position they have held since January 2023.

Marguerite Bates-Frier obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia between 2010 and 2012. Later, between 2014 and 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management at Old Dominion University.
