Jennifer Martinez has extensive work experience in the creative field. Jennifer started their career in 2011 as an intern at Le Papier Studio. Subsequently, they worked as a photographer at the Chicago Portfolio School. In 2011, Jennifer joined Carhartt, where they played a significant role in the successful launch and growth of Carhartt Women's line. Jennifer progressed from being a Lifestyle Photographer, Art Director, and Copywriter to the Creative Lead on Carhartt Women. Their contributions led to the expansion of their role as the Creative Director, Senior Manager of Women's Storytelling, and later as the Creative Director on Carhartt Women & Brand-Wide Campaigns. Jennifer's work has contributed to the overall growth of Carhartt, with yearly revenue increasing by over two billion dollars during their tenure. Jennifer has been responsible for guiding the voice, look, and feel of the brand, as well as leading brand-wide campaigns.

Jennifer Martinez attended Baylor University from 2006 to 2010 and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fine and Studio Arts. Jennifer then went on to attend the Chicago Portfolio School from 2010 to 2011, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
