Carlos Karan Rampersad

Carlos Karan Rampersad is a Biorisk Officer at CARPHA with experience as a Laboratory Technologist in Virology and Bacteriology. Carlos Karan previously worked as a Laboratory Demonstrator and Tutor at The University of the West Indies and as a Quality Control Supervisor at Food Basket Market Place. In addition, Carlos Karan has experience as a Teaching Assistant, Intern, and Floor Assistant at various companies. Carlos holds a Master of Science in Medical Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with specializations in Biotechnology and Microbiology. Carlos Karan completed their CAPE and CSEC education at Chaguanas North Secondary School and Asja Boys' College, respectively.
