Carmen Maldonado

Carmen Maldonado has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Carmen currently holds the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at CTSPR Caribbean Temporary Services, LLC, which they have been in since November 2022. Prior to this role, Carmen was the Human Resources Director at the same company from June 2019 to April 2023. Before joining CTSPR Caribbean Temporary Services, LLC, they served as the Human Resources Director at ARCO Publicidad from January 2016 to January 2018.

Carmen also gained valuable experience at Nestlé, where they held various roles. Carmen was a Business Analyst - Human Resources from July 2013 to June 2015, responsible for providing support and training in SAP HCM solutions. Prior to this, they were a Role Coordinator & Security Specialist from January 2006 to June 2013, managing end user profiles and supporting HR processes. Carmen started their career at Nestlé as a Human Resources Generalist from March 2005 to December 2005.

During their early career, Carmen worked as a Manager at Lady of America & Health Club Fitness Centers from September 2002 to December 2004.

Through their roles, Carmen has gained expertise in human resources management, including recruitment, training, project management, and organizational alignment.

Carmen Maldonado attended the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Carmen'sfocus of study during their time at the university was on Information Systems and Human Resources.
