Hannah Harvey

Hannah Harvey is the current Akeel's EA & Project Manager at Caridon Property. Hannah has also previously worked as an Admissions Team Lead at Study Group from June 2019 to September 2019, and as a Process and Controls Analyst at First Central from June 2014 to June 2019.

As a Process and Controls Analyst, Hannah was responsible for reviewing current processes across all areas of the business, creating new process guides using Visio, creating email templates for the marketing department, and presenting solutions to key stakeholders of the business. Hannah was also responsible for providing process support for all Business Initiative Solutions from inception to implementation, and for identifying gaps in process and reporting associated risks and recommendations for change.

In their role as Admissions Team Lead, Hannah was responsible for leading a team of admissions officers and ensuring that they met targets for conversion and retention. Hannah also developed strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as universities, local schools and colleges, to ensure that the Study Group was able to meet its admissions targets.

Hannah is a highly skilled and experienced professional who has a proven track record in process improvement and project management. Hannah is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and is able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
