Fatima Khan

Fatima Khan, MS, LCGC, serves as a Pediatric/Adult Genetic Counselor at Carilion Children's Professional Network since September 2023 and as a Fertility/Pre-Conception Genetic Counselor at GENESCREEN COUNSELING, LLC since July 2024. Previously, Fatima worked as a Research Intern at the Center for Medical Ethics and Health Policy at Baylor College of Medicine from May 2022 to February 2023, and as a Board Certified Registered Autism Technician at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. from August 2020 to June 2021. Early experience includes roles as a Marketing Communication Assistant and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Penn State Harrisburg, as well as a Research Associate at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Fatima holds a Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling from Baylor College of Medicine and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Science and Humanities, majoring in Genetics and Developmental Biology and English from Penn State Harrisburg.
