Logan Seibert

Logan Seibert is an experienced Executive Pastry Chef currently at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort since November 2022. Prior to this role, Logan served as a Pastry Chef at 959 Heidelberg Stadtgarten GmbH and Hotel Traube Tonbach, with notable experience in various prestigious culinary positions, including Chef pâtissier at Au Pont de l’Ill and Chef de partie at SARL LE JARDIN SECRET.
