As Chief Growth Officer, Julie oversees a team of sales, account management, marketing and brand professionals. She is responsible for Cariloop's growth strategy, ultimately driving customer acquisition, revenue acceleration, retention and sustainable growth for Cariloop, allowing Cariloop to reach the broadest set of caregivers possible.

Julie came to Cariloop with an extensive background in employer sales, customer success, and channel and strategic partnerships within the employee benefits ecosystem. With vast experience in the employee benefits industry, she specifically enjoys having a hard problem to solve and the incredibly rewarding work of building high-performing teams, all to help better the lives of employees in the benefits landscape.
