As Outcomes Coordinator, Samantha works with the Care Team to work with customers, particularly in the health plan space, to capture the improved outcomes at a lower cost than enrollees experience when they have support and when their caregivers also have support.

Samantha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science for Healthcare Management and an Associate’s Degree in surgical technology.

Samantha began her career working in the operating room as a surgical assistant for six years. She has worked in the operating room for all different types of surgeries, from plastics to neurosurgery.
