Yeen D. Lama, MPA has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Yeen D. currently holds the position of Associate Director of Research at Caring Across Generations since April 2022, and previously served as a Senior Research Manager from March 2021 to March 2022. In addition, Yeen has been involved with Grassroot Movement in Nepal as a Board Member since December 2016. Yeen D. has also worked as a Consultant for UNICEF from February 2020 to July 2020, and as a Consultant for New York Building Foundation from September 2019 to May 2020. Yeen's experience also includes serving as a Summer Analyst at The World Bank from June 2019 to August 2019 and as a Research and Development Assistant at Hunter College Foundation from January 2018 to March 2019. Yeen D. has worked as a Consultant for Donor Direct Action: A Fund for Women from August 2017 to September 2017 and has interned as a Refugee Resettlement Intern at the International Rescue Committee from January 2017 to May 2017. Yeen has also held the position of Eva Kastan Grove Fellow at The Roosevelt House Public Policy Institute at Hunter College from January 2017 to May 2017. Prior to their career in research and consultancy, Yeen worked as a Primary School Teacher at Maiti Nepal from March 2012 to October 2012.
Yeen D. Lama, MPA pursued a Master of Public Administration degree, specializing in Nonprofit Management and Public Policy Analysis, from the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Prior to this, Yeen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Hunter College.
