Carmen Della Rocca is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in estimating and project management. Currently serving as an Estimator at Caritas Construction since May 2021, Carmen previously held the role of Estimator/Project Manager at Zebby Sulecki Inc. from February 2016 to May 2021, successfully managing 20-30 projects monthly with values ranging from $100,000 to $2,500,000.
