Terry Frazier

Terry Frazier oversees our Customer Service division, including the call center, field, and drive-through operations.

Terry has served as an integral part of the CAW team for over 14 years and is well known for balancing extreme passion and empathy for CAW's ratepayers and the communities CAW serves. Terry is also known for demonstrating high-level technical knowledge to get things done in the most efficient way and strives to lead by example to champion a team of staff working to provide essential and exceptional service.
