Archhana Bharaddwaj

Archhana Bharaddwaj has over 12 years of work experience in various roles related to talent attraction, management, HR operations, organization development, and HR analytics. Archhana currently serves as the Head of Talent Attraction & Management at ZEISS Group. Prior to this, they worked as the AGM of Talent Attraction and Partnering at Duroflex from 2016 to 2022. Before that, they held positions in HR operations and organization development at Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd. and Encyclopaedia Britannica South Asia. Archhana also has experience in HR analytics and consulting from their time at Omam Consultants Pvt Ltd. Archhana began their career as an intern at Tata Steel in 2010.

From 2009 to 2011, Archhana Bharaddwaj pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management at Xavier Institute of Social Service.
