Judith Beale

Judith Beale's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Judith is currently the Head of HR Carl Zeiss COM at ZEISS Group, where they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at ZEISS Group from May 2014 to October 2022. In this role, they were responsible for UK and International responsibilities, focusing on talent acquisition, learning and development, policies and procedures, and compensation and benefits.

Before joining ZEISS Group, Judith worked as the Head of Pharmaco Relationships at Celesio UK from February 2012 to May 2013. Judith also held the position of Business Development Manager at Farrow & Ball from July 2009 to January 2012.

Additionally, Judith has experience in career consultancy and coaching, having worked at Chapters Coaching Services from April 2006 to July 2009. Prior to this, they worked at Procter & Gamble in various roles, including Sales Recruitment/Multi-sector Team Leader, Iams Team Leader, and Instore Innovations Manager, from July 2002 to March 2006.

Judith began their career at Procter & Gamble in 1987, where they served as the Boots Team Leader from October 1995 to October 1997. Prior to this role, they held various positions as a Medical Representative, Regional Manager, Market Development Manager, and Account Manager from January 1987 to October 1995.

Judith Beale attended Penyrheol Comprehensive School from 1974 to 1981, where they received an A degree in Economics, History, and Politics. Judith later pursued a BSc Hons degree in Economics from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1981 to 1984. In 2015, they obtained the certification of Chartered MCIPD from CIPD.
