Brandi Hendrix

Brandi Hendrix has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries. Brandi currently works at Carlisle Companies Incorporated as the Director of Human Resources Operations. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Carlisle Fluid Technologies.

Before joining Carlisle Companies, Brandi worked at Carlisle Construction Materials as a Regional HR Manager for nearly seven years.

Brandi'searlier experience includes working at American National Bank of Texas, where they held the role of SR HR Generalist/Administrative Officer, providing guidance on employee relations, performance, and compensation. Brandi also served as a Benefits Administrator, overseeing benefits administration and managing the Ceridian HRIS system.

Brandi's career began at Aegis Communications Group as a Coordinator, where they gained foundational experience.

Brandi Hendrix completed their education in a chronological manner, starting with an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Trinity Valley Community College, which they earned from 2008 to 2011. Brandi then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources from Texas A&M University-Commerce, completing it between 2011 and 2014. Continuing their education, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, from Columbia Southern University from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their academic achievements, Brandi Hendrix also obtained professional certifications. One of them is the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI, which they acquired in June 2014. Brandi also holds the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, obtained in February 2017.
