Matthew G. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Matthew started their career at Volt Information Sciences as an Inbound Technical Support Agent, where they provided technical support and resolved issues reported by team members. After that, they worked at FedEx Office as a Business Analyst and later as an Inbound Technical Support Agent.

In 2009, Matthew joined FedEx Services as a Senior Business Analyst, where they interacted with business and IT partners to gather project requirements and coordinate information related to Point of Sale hardware/software deployments. Matthew also played a key role in identifying and resolving design defects in the Point of Sale environment, resulting in significant cost savings for the company.

Matthew then transitioned to Henry Company as a Senior Business Analyst. Matthew continued in this role when Henry Company was purchased by Carlisle Companies Incorporated. As a Senior Business Analyst, they contributed to various projects and supported the company's business and technology needs.

Currently, Matthew is working as a Project Manager at Carlisle Companies Incorporated. In this role, they are responsible for implementing Agile and Project Management best practices and leading cross-functional teams. Matthew successfully managed the implementation of a cloud-based, cross-functional Accounts Payable tracking system project, which involved coordination with multiple teams, testing, vendor relations, and data migration.

Matthew G. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1994 to 1999. In addition, they obtained several certifications in various fields. These include the Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist and Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2020 and September 2019, respectively. Matthew also holds a Masters Certificate in Business Analysis as well as certifications in Project Management for IT/IS Professionals, Mastering Business Analysis, and Essentials of Business Analysis, all obtained from Villanova University in 2018 and 2017.
