Celine Heinrich

Celine Heinrich is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across multiple industries and regions. Currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources at Carlo Gavazzi Automation, Celine has successfully built and implemented HR functions supporting 1,200 employees in 31 countries while leading the global rollout of the IFS HCM Module. Celine has held various senior HR positions at companies such as Swissport, where responsibilities included leading HR transformations across Europe and the Middle East & Africa, and Dufry Group, overseeing HR for thousands of employees across multiple regions. Celine's career began in HR management roles at Baker Hughes and CMA CGM, following an education in International Hospitality Management from EHL.
