Esha Bedi

Esha Bedi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Talent Management Talent Acquisition & HRBP at Carlsberg Group since February 2020. Prior to this role, Esha was the Lead HR Business Partner at SBI Card from February 2016 to February 2020 and held senior HR positions, including Sr Manager - HR at Bharti Retail and Asst Manager- HR at Impact Retail. Esha's expertise encompasses designing incentive plans, managing appraisal cycles, and developing training modules. Notable projects include managing the Associate Engagement Survey and launching the Women Mentoring Circle as part of the “Women In Leadership” program. Esha holds an MBA in HR from Amity University.
