Matthew Holm has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew'smost recent role was as the Program Director, Corporate Affairs at Carlson, where they shaped and implemented various Corporate Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility programs. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Affairs & Responsible Business Representative at both Carlson and CWT, overseeing employee engagement and giving activities, as well as global governance of corporate social responsibility.

Before their time at Carlson, Matthew worked as the Corporate Citizenship Representative at Xcel Energy, where they played a key role in the Corporate Giving department, focusing on internal and external communications strategies, increasing visibility of community investments, and strengthening regional partnerships.

Matthew Holm has a strong education history in the field of public policy and global studies. Matthew obtained their Master of Public Policy degree with a specialization in Global Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended the University of Minnesota from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Individualized studies with a focus on Globalization and Citizenship.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew Holm has also obtained a Certificate in Radio and Television Broadcasting from the Brown Institute, where they studied in 1997 and 1998.

Outside of their academic qualifications, Matthew Holm has also acquired additional certifications.
