Maksim Ivanutin

Maksim Ivanutin is an M&A Associate at Carlsquare, with experience gained from a secondment in Stockholm in 2022. Previously, Maksim held an M&A position at Proventis Partners GmbH in 2021 and worked across various companies from 2015 to 2020 in roles related to venture capital, technology, and banking. This includes positions as a Visiting Analyst at yabeo, Amazon Web Services, SevenVentures, and Earlybird Venture Capital, as well as working student roles at Clark and BNY Mellon.
