Christopher Lemieux

Physical Education & Athletics at Carlthorp School

Christopher Lemieux is an experienced educator in physical education and athletics, currently serving at Carlthorp School since August 2015, where a culture of inclusive physical education was established to support all student abilities. As the sole physical education teacher at Johnson Elementary School, Christopher works with 243 K-6 students using a standards-based curriculum. Additional roles include a paraprofessional at Easter Seals NH, supporting at-risk youth, and a special education paraprofessional at Souhegan High School, providing individualized assistance to students with disabilities. Coaching experience includes leading the boys middle school basketball team at McLaughlin Middle School and serving as a volunteer assistant track and field coach at the University of Illinois. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education from Pepperdine University, a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of Vermont.
