Looking for a role where you can be a hands-on leader in a dynamic environment? We want to hear from you! Our last mile delivery team is looking for a Team Lead who will shape and enhance the Carma customer experience. Your team will be responsible for the handover of customer cars after they have gone through their digital buying experience. You’ll inspire your team, set high standards and jump in and complete customer handovers yourself!

What you'll be doing:

• Think about the moment a customer first sets eyes on their car in person! You’ll be responsible for this experience - from logistics to experience, you’ll make sure it’s exceptional!
• Spot opportunities, operational processes for improvement, create fresh processes and boost efficiency.
• Master the art of rostering, scheduling and always ensuring logistics efficiency.
• Build great internal relationships for smooth trade-ins and seamless returns.
• Keep stock levels for customer presents in check and manage the ordering process.
• Roll up your sleeves and drive into delivery and customer handovers.

Okay, let's talk about you:

• You’ll have experience as a people manager in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional customer service experience over different channels (like face-to-face and phone).
• Scheduling and rostering experience within the logistics space is a bonus.
• Strong prioritisation and multi tasking skills - at times you’ll have a lot of balls in the air!
• Your a hands on leader, happy to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
• Business-savvy and great at turning data into action.
• Valid Australian drivers licence.
