Maya Dinh

Maya Dinh is an experienced technology leader specializing in workforce solutions and HR technology integration. Currently serving as the Workforce Technology Leader at CarMax, Maya develops and delivers strategies to address business process inefficiencies while maintaining the integrity of CarMax's HCM system, Workday. Previously, as IT Director at Alcon, Maya provided thought leadership for HR technology solutions and managed a portfolio of HR projects. Additional roles include AVP of IT at Mr. Cooper and Portfolio Manager at Santander Consumer USA, where Maya focused on data governance and project execution. With a foundational education in Psychology and Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington, Maya has a solid background in enterprise systems, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
