Laura Weiss

Laura Weiss has an extensive background in education and leadership roles, starting as an English Language Arts Teacher and currently serving as an Assistant Principal at Carmel Central School District. Laura has experience as a Master Teacher, Wallace Leadership Fellow, Peer Collaborative Teacher, and Lead Teacher, where Laura supports colleagues in improving instructional practices. In addition to their education roles, Laura has also worked as a swim coach, promotions coordinator, executive assistant, and advertising sales assistant. With degrees in Educational Leadership and Administration, as well as Adolescent Education and English, Laura is well-equipped to lead and support their colleagues in their professional growth.
