Global Transformation Lead at Carne

Miriam Byrne is the Global Transformation Lead at Carne. Prior to that, they were the Process and Customer Experience Design Programme Lead at ASB Bank from June 2013 to February 2019. In that role, they re-imagined the end-to-end customer experience across the value chain and delivered it to one of ASB's strategic programmes.

Byrne has also trained over 30 Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and 1 Black Belt. Miriam is skilled in project management, change management, and problem solving.

Miriam Byrne has a Master of Science in Strategic Quality Systems - Lean Sigma from the University of Limerick. Miriam also has a Discover Excellence certification from the Shingo Institute and a LinkedIn certification in Strategic Thinking. Miriam has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dublin City University.

They work with Jeremy Soutter - CEO, UK, Shane Ralph - Global Head of Compliance, and Richard Marshall - Head of Service Provider Relationship Management. Their manager is John Donohoe, CEO & Founder.
