Trinh Kabbabe has a diverse work experience starting as a 4th grade teacher at Ryan Elementary School in 2002, where they managed all aspects of the classroom and promoted students' academic and emotional development. Trinh then worked as a 6th grade teacher at Rose Elementary School in 2003, where they also handled lesson planning, assessments, and parent conferences.
Trinh transitioned into the corporate world in 2004, joining Robert Half as a Lead Administrator, providing administrative and technical support to Branch Managers and recruiters. Trinh handled payroll, benefit issues, and travel arrangements for staff and contractors.
In 2006, Trinh moved to Protiviti, a subsidiary of Robert Half, as a Finance Coordinator. Their responsibilities included producing financial and HR reports, auditing expenses, managing accounts payable, and liaising with corporate headquarters for international staff travel arrangements.
Since 2009, Trinh has been working at the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching as the Director of Budgets, Grants, and Contracts. Their role involves overseeing the foundation's budget, managing grants, and administering contracts. Trinh collaborates with project managers, budget managers, and executives to ensure smooth operations.
Trinh Kabbabe obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development from the University of California, Davis, from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Professional Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with CLAD in Elementary Education and Teaching at the same university, which they completed between 2001 and 2002. Recently, from 2018 to 2020, Trinh Kabbabe obtained an Honors Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension.
