Suz Miller

SuZ (Garcia) Miller is a Principal Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University/SEI, serving since May 2001, with a focus on technology transition and adoption, governance in system of systems collaborations, and the application of agile and lean methods in DoD acquisition. Prior to this, SuZ held leadership roles at aimware, Inc. as VP Whole Products Engineering and contributed to CMM Integration projects at Carnegie Mellon as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff. SuZ's extensive career began at Lockheed Missiles & Space where responsibilities included software quality engineering and process improvement. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Ergonomics from UC Santa Barbara.
