Gina Winstead

VP for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Accessibility IDEA at Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh

Gina Winstead currently serves as the Vice President of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility at Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh since June 2022. Previously, Winstead held key leadership positions including Vice President at WITPGH, Assistant Vice President at Vibrant Pittsburgh, and Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the Pittsburgh Technology Council. Winstead also has experience as the Keystone Innovation Zone Coordinator for the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development, and as a founder of Winstead Services, LLC. Winstead's background includes roles in business development and community development, showcasing a strong commitment to fostering inclusive and thriving environments within the technology and nonprofit sectors. Winstead holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and is pursuing further education at Carnegie Mellon University.
