Carneros Resort and Spa
Chase Immel currently holds the position of Chef De Cuisine at Carneros Resort and Spa since February 2022, previously serving as Sous Chef at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts from May 2019 to June 2022. Early in the culinary career, Chase worked as a Lead Line Cook at The Santaluz Club and The Crosby National Golf Club, and held a Junior Sous Chef role at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe from May 2016 to May 2019. Other experience includes positions as a Banquet Cook at Bellamy's Restaurant, Line Cook at Major Market Inc., and Assistant Kitchen Manager and Training Manager at McDonald's from February 2012 to February 2015. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Kirkwood Community College, along with earlier studies in Business Administration at Augustana College and a high school diploma from The Orme School of Arizona.
