Natalya Leahy

President, Seabourn at Carnival Corporation

Natalya Leahy is President of Seabourn, the leader in ultra-luxury cruising and expedition travel. In this role, Natalya is responsible for all aspects of the award-winning cruise line’s global business and operations, and leads over 4,000 shoreside and seagoing employees with a fleet of seven luxury ships.

Previously, Natalya served as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Holland America Group responsible for providing holistic strategic, financial and operational leadership across the group’s four cruise lines, including Seabourn. Known for her track record of improving business models and driving sustainable growth, Natalya held multiple leadership roles with Procter & Gamble, United Nations and Coca-Cola.

Natalya holds an MBA from Michigan State University and an MS in Banking and Finance from Tashkent Financial University (Uzbekistan). She is a recipient of the MSU School of Business Alumni Achievement Award.

Natalya serves on the MSU Business School Advisory Board, University of Washington Global Business Center Board, and is a former Seattle Aquarium Board member.

A native of Uzbekistan, Natalya is passionate about diversity, equality, and improving lives through education. She is the founding member of the Special Olympics organization in Uzbekistan. Natalya lives in Seattle with her two daughters and is fluent in Russian, English and Uzbek.
