Timothy O'Toole

Timothy O'Toole has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Timothy is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at CarNow since September 2021. Prior to that, O'Toole held the same position at RapidMiner, Inc. from June 2016 to March 2022. Timothy also served as the CFO at Yottaa, Inc. from 2014 to May 2016, Dyn from 2013 to 2014, and Rapid7, Inc. from 2008 to 2013. O'Toole started their career as a Staff Accountant at Kellem, Goodman & Company in 1995, and since then has held roles such as Senior Accountant at Output Technologies, Accounting Manager at Network Plus, Inc., Controller at Precise Software Solutions, Inc., and Vice President of Finance at Bladelogic, Inc.

Timothy O'Toole obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Bentley University. Timothy attended the university from 1991 to 1995.
