Rob Brooks has held various roles in the IT industry since 2015. Rob began their career as an Operations Management Intern at Rhino Tool House, where they conducted research of Fortune 500 supplier diversity programs and created technical engineering forms. In 2016, they interned at ABB as a Supply Chain Analyst and managed inventory reduction projects. In 2017, they were a Student Sales Consultant for the Columbia Fireflies and gained product knowledge and selling strategies of the multiple season ticket packages. Later that year, they joined Cintas as a Management Trainee and progressed to a Corporate SAP Implementation Trainer and Facilities Sales Representative. In 2020, they joined Katalyst as an Account Manager and Account Development Manager, where they provided white-glove engineering services, catered consulting, and technology solutions to solve problems with their clients. In 2022, they began their current role as an Account Manager at Carolina Advanced Digital.

Rob Brooks has a Global Supply Chain Operations Management degree from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, which they obtained between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Myers Park High School from 2009 to 2013. Rob also holds several certifications, including a NSE 3 Network Security Associate from Fortinet (obtained in March 2021), an Introduction to Cisco Sales (ICS) from Cisco (obtained in February 2021), a Security Architecture for Account Managers (SAAM) from Cisco (obtained in February 2021), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Cintas (obtained in August 2019), and a Red Hat Certified Sales Specialist - IT Automation and Management from Red Hat (obtained in June 2022).
