Ross Kolman

Ross Kolman is currently the Resident Lighting Designer at Carolina Ballet. Ross has been working in the lighting design industry since 1985, when they started as a technician at ADF. Ross later moved to Taylor, where they worked their way up to designer. Ross has also worked at various other companies throughout their career.

Some of their coworkers include Julia Tyson - Production Stage Manager, Terry Baker - Interim Costume Director, and Jeff A.R. Jones - Resident Designer. Ross Kolman reports to Matthew Strampe, Director, Production Manager & Technical.
