James Satterwhite

James Satterwhite is an experienced Executive Pastry Chef with a notable career spanning over two decades in prestigious culinary establishments. Currently serving at Carolina Country Club in Raleigh since May 2024, Satterwhite previously held the same role at Forsyth Country Club from January to May 2024 and at Charlotte Country Club from April 2011 to May 2023. Prior to these positions, Satterwhite was the Executive Pastry Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC from September 1997 to October 2010, and also worked at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group between December 2003 and April 2006. Satterwhite holds a pastry certificate in Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
