Eddie Hedgpeth

Eddie Hedgpeth currently holds the position of Manager of Sanitation and Facilities at Carolina Foods, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Eddie gained extensive experience as a Production Supervisor at Smithfield Foods from March 2019 to February 2023 and at Tyson Foods from November 2017 to February 2023, overseeing Pork and Ground Beef WPL lines. Eddie also served as a Production Supervisor at JBS for seven years until February 2023 and as a Deboning Supervisor at Butterball, LLC from November 2010 to September 2015. Earlier in Eddie’s career, a significant role was as a Deboning Supervisor at Mountaire Farms of North Carolina Inc., where supervision encompassed poultry production processes including live receiving, deboning, and packaging from 1999 to October 2009.
