Stuart Smith

Stuart Smith has worked in a variety of roles in the food industry since 2000. Stuart began their career at Chick-fil-A Corporate as an Operations Manager in 2000 and then moved to the USC Consulting Group as a Project Manager in 2005. In 2010, they took on the role of Lean Manufacturing Consultant at Houndsmith and then in 2014 they became the Senior Continuous Improvement Advisor at Carolinas HealthCare System. In 2015, they joined the MacLean-Fogg Company as the Director of Continuous Improvement and in 2021 they were appointed Vice President of Operations at Carolina Foods, Inc.

Stuart Smith attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business/Corporate Communications in 2000.
