Matthew Terry

Matthew Terry has a strong background in operations, logistics, and fulfillment. Matthew currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Caroo since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Verishop from September 2020 to February 2022, first as the Chief Logistics and People Officer and then as the Chief Logistics Officer from November 2018 to September 2020. From June 2017 to November 2018, they held the position of Vice President of Fulfillment at Thrive Market, and before that, they were the Director of Fulfillment at Thrive Market from August 2015 to June 2017. Earlier in their career, Matthew worked at Target in various senior management roles, including Senior Group Manager Food Operations from March 2012 to August 2015 and Senior Food Supply Chain Lead - West from April 2010 to March 2012. Matthew also held positions as Senior Group Leader from March 2007 to April 2010 and Group Leader from October 2005 to March 2007. Matthew began their career as a Restaurant General Manager at Pizza Hut from August 2004 to October 2005.

Matthew Terry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University, where they attended from 1997 to 2003. Matthew then pursued a Master of Accounting and Financial Management (MAFM) from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2008.
