Currently serving as a Pump Specialist at Carotek since March 2014, Nichols is factory trained by leading manufacturers including Viking Pump, Peerless Pump, Pulsafeeder, and Gardner Denver. As the owner of BN Worx since April 2011, Nichols has honed entrepreneurial skills. Previous roles include Retail Sales Consultant at Tuff Shed, Freelance Web Developer, and Managing Director at a production company focused on web development and motion graphics, where Nichols emphasized brand growth and quality control. Early career experience at Carotek, Inc. included a role as a Sales Engineer, where Nichols was instrumental in territory expansion as the East TN Territory Manager in 1996.
